Winter is on its way, and surely, the most recent of the bone-chilling cold fronts that have been swooping down the states, left no doubt about it. This quite simply means we will all be cranking up the heat, via our thermostats just from this month in order to adjust to the change in the seasons and what not.
Given the relatively high cost of heating around here, the Oilheat Council of Massachusetts tends to offer quite a range of advice for their consumers wanting to keep their utility bills in check.
